Ernest A. Vallejo Leon

Ernest A. Vallejo Leon is an experienced professional in the fields of health, safety, and environment (HSE) with a robust background in industrial safety and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the HSE coordinator at PRODUCTORA MEXICANA DE SAPI DE CV since January 2020, Ernest has successfully implemented management structures in two departments aligned with ISO 22000 standards. Additionally, in the role of chief of safety, hygiene, and environment at Empacadora del Golfo de México S.A. de C.V. and as HSE supervisor at Preacero Pellizzari, Ernest has overseen industrial safety measures and ensured adherence to national regulations set by the STPS and PC.
