Jessica Jordan

Jessica Jordan has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica currently works as the Director of Talent at PREACHER since May 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Head Recruiter at Scaale, a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consulting business in NYC and Austin. Jessica has also held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and Director of People Operations at Mack Weldon, where they were responsible for recruiting, human resources, and employee experience. Jessica was the first-ever Talent Acquisition hire at Vox Media, where they laid the groundwork for talent acquisition and managed the recruiting team. Jessica also served as the Talent Director at Anomaly and Talent Manager at Enero Group. Before that, they worked as a Digital Recruitment Consultant at iknowho and as a Recruitment Consultant at Propel London. Jessica began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at IT Matters Recruitment Services Pty Ltd.

Jessica Jordan attended Mansfield State High School. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of the Sunshine Coast from 2000 to 2003. At the university, they pursued an Arts degree with a focus on Design and Marketing.
