Kevin Mencarelli

Kevin Mencarelli is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Preceptor Capital. Prior to launching Preceptor, Kevin served as the CEO of Diversified Human Resources from June 2009 to January 2012. Kevin has also been a Partner at HighRidge Insurance Services, LLC since January 2007.

A strategic and innovative thinker, Kevin has a proven track record of success in growing businesses and developing new products and services. At DHR, Kevin was responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives, including strategy, marketing, product development, and acquisitions. Under Kevin’s leadership, DHR became a leading provider of human resources outsourcing, PEO, and employee benefits services.
