Dorcas Digha

Dorcas Digha has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Phone Operator for Randall Woodfin's mayoral campaign, where they communicated with households and provided information about the candidate. In 2018, they took on the role of Community Liaison Officer at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, where they mediated meetings between the church and community members and assisted with event planning. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Food Service Worker for the same church, organizing food packages for distribution. In 2020, Dorcas worked as a Reception Volunteer at the Riverdale Immigrant Women's Centre, assisting with administrative tasks and answering calls. Dorcas also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Andrews.engineer, where they provided customer service and managed office tasks. In the same year, they joined Magnum Protective Services Limited as an Access Control personnel and later became an Elevator Operator. In 2021, they worked as an E-Customer Service Coordinator at Thriftys Family of Brands, focusing on resolving customer concerns. Currently, they are working as a Contract Fulfillment Administrator at Precise ParkLink, where they handle contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Dorcas Digha completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2013 to 2014, although they did not obtain a degree in that field. In terms of additional certifications, Dorcas obtained a certification in Project Management from Simplilearn in October 2022, and they also completed the Introduction to CRM with HubSpot course from Coursera in September 2022.
