Ian Powell

Ian Powell is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent technology and financial services companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Precisely since May 2025, Ian also invests in innovative ventures such as Dock & Bay, Clays, and Recognise Bank. Previously held the position of Vice President EMEA at Cockroach Labs and Managing Director for Digital Experience at Adobe, where significant revenue growth and strategic direction were achieved. Ian’s earlier career includes key roles at SAP, where contributions drove a major transition to cloud-based solutions, as well as previous positions at Sybase, TalkTalk, and IBM. Ian graduated with a BA Hons (1st Class) in Advertising with Design from the University of Northampton.
