Amit Cudykier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amit started their career in 2009 as an Integration Team Leader in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they were responsible for system integration and led system testing. Amit then worked at Intel Corporation as a Data Analyst, where they designed measurement reports and dashboards, made recommendations based on data trends, and implemented a new production methodology to cut costs.

In 2013, Amit transitioned to the role of Production Area Coordinator at Intel Corporation, where they coordinated factory operations and collaborated with engineers to solve complex problems. Amit then joined Casamba as a Jr. Software Engineer, where they collected requirements, developed web applications, and worked on HL7 interfaces.

In 2018, Amit joined GE Healthcare as a Jr. Clinical Engineer, where they installed patient monitors, tested clinical device data, and conducted troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Amit then moved to Avanos Medical as a Project Analyst, overseeing the development and approval of business and product requirements, and managing project timelines and budgets using enterprise management standards.

In 2020, Amit worked at CVS Health as an Interface Developer, supporting legacy HL7 interfaces and developing new interfaces using Mirth and Epic Bridges. Amit also utilized Mirth integration engine and Epic Bridges EDI platform to translate, transform, and archive HL7 messages. Amit continued their interface development work in 2020 at ClinDCast, where they implemented HL7 lab ORU/ORM interfaces, developed flat-file transformations, and set up a training environment on Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Most recently, in 2021, Amit joined PreciseMDX as an Engineer, where they are currently working.

Amit Cudykier has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from both North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They also took classes towards an Engineering degree at Santa Monica College from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Amit obtained the HL7 FHIR® Proficient certification from Health Level Seven International in June 2021. They also earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2021, the HL7 V2 Control Specialist certification from Health Level Seven International in January 2021, the Epic Bridges Interface certification from Epic in March 2020, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2020.
