Bill Esslinger

Bill Esslinger serves as Board Secretary and General Counsel for PreciseMDX. Bill is a seasoned attorney and corporate executive who has been representing digital health companies and private equity investors in health information technology for 25 years.

Previously, as the 15-year Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Privacy Officer, he guided an electronic health record software company from start-up through IPO on the New York Stock Exchange to a $644m public-to-private take-out. He has closed over $2B in debt & equity financing, M&A, and IP licensing deals.

Esslinger holds a BBA in Finance from the University of West Georgia and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law.
