Melinda Brown

Melinda Brown is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Audit Chair at Precision BioSciences, Inc. since June 2022, Melinda previously held the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at the University of Connecticut Foundation from October 2020 to October 2022. Melinda also served as SVP and Controller at Tapestry, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2019 and spent nearly three decades at PepsiCo, culminating as SVP and Controller. Melinda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Connecticut.
