Cheryl Worden

Cheryl Worden is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing Labor Relations and HR strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Grede Holdings LLC since November 2022, Cheryl is responsible for overseeing HR initiatives for multiple sites. Prior roles include Administrative Review Official and Arbitrator at Precision Business Solutions, Inc., and Regional Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Silgan Containers. Cheryl has also held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Fairbanks Morse and managed Labor Relations for FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles at a major manufacturing site. Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Fort Scott Community College, and further education from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
