Jacquie Samuels has extensive experience in the field of technical communication, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services and Director of Information Design at Precision Content since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team of Content Strategists and Information Architects for XML documentation projects. Prior to this, Jacquie owned Writing Wise and worked as an Independent Consultant for Publishing Smarter, providing comprehensive documentation solutions and strategies. Additionally, Jacquie has held academic positions as a Professor of Technical Editing at Humber College and co-taught a single sourcing class at Seneca College, while also contributing articles and reviews to Techwhirl.
