Gagandeep Kaur

Gagandeep Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gagandeep recently joined Precision Development (PxD) as the Head of Programs, starting in January 2023. Previously, Gagandeep worked at The Akanksha Foundation for a significant period, taking on roles such as Sr. Director - Org Effectiveness and Director - Strategy & Impact. In these positions, they played a crucial role in impact evaluation, research, and evidence building for Akanksha's programs. Gagandeep also worked at Muscat Media Group as the Head of Media Billing & Financial Analyst, where they managed cash flow and developed billing and invoicing software. Additionally, Gagandeep served as a Visiting Faculty Member at various MBA Colleges, teaching subjects such as Finance, Economics, and Management. Gagandeep initially started their career at National Housing Bank, working in key areas like Business Planning, Refinance, Promotion & Development.

Gagandeep Kaur completed a Certificate Programme on International Perspectives in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation at Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from FORE School of Management, New Delhi from 1993 to 1995.
