Revati Vaidya

Revati Vaidya is a seasoned Program Manager at Precision Development (PxD) since May 2020, with a progressive career including roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the same organization. Prior to PxD, Vaidya gained experience as a Research Intern at the NIRDPR-National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj for a brief period in 2019 and as a Research Intern at Rebright Partners from October 2017 to May 2018. Vaidya co-founded Zen India, an initiative focused on menstrual health education and low-cost sanitary solutions, from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Vaidya held various roles in college, including General Representative for the Student Council at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies - Pune and Secretary General of the Symbiosis International Model United Nations. Vaidya also completed internships in business development and finance at companies such as Pearl Mechaplast and Plumsoft. Vaidya earned a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Finance and International Business from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies - Pune.
