Nitesh Mahakalkar

Nitesh Mahakalkar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Precision Drawell Pvt Ltd since February 2022, Nitesh previously worked at OKAY INDUSTRIES from June 2012 to January 2022 as Senior Executive Human Resources, managing various HR functions including time office, training and development, leave management, and employee administration. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at Wheels India Limited from May 2011 to May 2012. Nitesh holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce in HR from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
