Sarrah Dushaj

Sarrah Dushaj is an accomplished operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay since December 2013, where focus is on optimizing daily business practices for maximum efficiency. In addition to this role, Sarrah Dushaj also holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Reliable Residential since October 2023. Previously, as Director of Human Resources/Operations, collaboration with senior leadership was essential in aligning staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals, alongside developing policies and training initiatives to ensure compliance. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College and a High School Diploma from Clearwater High School.
