Raymond Herzog has a diverse work experience, starting as a Social Services Provider in the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice from 1994 to 2000. Raymond then worked as a Therapist at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services from 2000 to 2008, followed by a role as a Therapist at Counseling in the Pines from 2008 to 2020. In 2009, they founded Integrated Behavioral Health Services where they served as the Owner, focusing on building provider relations and improving patient care. Most recently, they joined Precision Jig & Fixture Inc (PJF Inc) in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources/Employee Relations.
Raymond Herzog pursued their education in psychology, specializing in clinical/counseling psychology. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Lipscomb University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
