Racel Atienza

Racel Atienza has a strong background in IT system administration and support. Racel began their career in 2015 at Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc., where they worked as an IT desktop engineer. Their responsibilities included providing onsite desktop support, resolving incident or problem tickets, and coordinating hardware troubleshooting and warranty claims. Racel was also involved in desktop, workstation, and laptop deployment.

In 2022, Racel joined Hive Gaming as an IT Support Specialist, where they provided technical assistance to users. Racel then moved on to Brightsphere as an Information Technology System Administrator, where they managed IT systems and infrastructure.

Currently, Racel is working at Precision Marketing Asia Pacific - An Affiliate of Arch Capital Group Ltd. as an IT system administrator. Their duties include setting up and training new users, handling administration for Office 365 and Exchange/Email platforms, and managing and configuring AWS resources.
