Leonel Mass I Rubi

Leonel Mass i Rubi is a professional with extensive experience in surveying and geospatial analysis. Currently serving as a Surveying & CAD Technician at Precision Measurements, Inc. since September 2022, Leonel is responsible for preparing various types of survey plats and maps while ensuring compliance with agency requirements such as those set by VDOT. Previously, Leonel worked as a GIS & Cartography Analyst at PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. from December 2011 to January 2023 and held the position of Geodesy Supervisor at Instituto Geográfico de Venezuela "Simón Bolívar"​ from January 2010 to December 2011. Leonel holds a degree in Geodesia from Universidad del Zulia and a Master's degree in Project Management for Research and Development from Universidad Privada Dr Rafael Belloso Chacin.
