Currently serving as Senior Vice President of PMO & IT Governance at Precision Medicine Group since July 2025, Barb previously held executive positions such as Vice President and Chief of Staff at RQM+ and Vice President at ICON plc, focusing on clinical team management, regulatory standards, and transformational change. With a background that includes roles at PRA Health Sciences and PPD, Barb has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence across various functions. Barb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a diploma in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Cape Fear Community College.
