Scott von Bargen

Scott Von Bargen, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Learning at Precision Medicine Group since February 2020. Previously, Scott held the position of Director of Learning at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where responsibility included defining and implementing a global leadership development program that enhanced leadership efficiency and organizational results. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as Global Learning and Development Manager at Carestream, where a newly-defined Learning and Development organization was established for over 8,000 employees worldwide. Additionally, as an HR Project Manager at Carestream, Scott successfully managed various corporate programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Scott holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA in Business Management from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Scott is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Institute of Project Management.
