Matthew M.

Matthew M. has extensive leadership experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as President of Precision Metal Works, Inc. since October 2021, where operations focus on machining, fabricating, and finishing metal and plastic components for businesses in the southeastern USA. Prior to this role, Matthew held several key positions at Gurit from January 2012 to October 2020, including Director CoE Formulated Materials and Site Director, where responsibility included global strategy and full P&L oversight for a UK manufacturing site. Matthew also developed a tooling manufacturing facility to support regional customers and managed technical sales and service teams in Europe and North America. Earlier experience includes project management for international wind energy projects at Red Maple and an engineering internship at Hall Spars and Rigging. Matthew holds an MA in Management and Entrepreneurship from Regent's University London and a B.S. in Engineering from Roger Williams University.
