Lena Rumps Littman

Lena Rumps Littman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and staff development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Precision One Medical, Inc. since May 2022, Lena has held multiple HR roles at The Elizabeth Hospice from August 2012 to May 2022, including HR People Manager and Sr. Lead HR Business Advisor. Lena also possesses a background as a Certified Performance Coach and has contributed to education as a Student Support Advisor/Educator at Pacific View Charter School and as a Substitute Teacher in the Oceanside Unified School District. With a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and various other relevant certifications and degrees, Lena combines a strong educational foundation with rich practical experience in fostering effective communication and volunteer engagement.
