Persila Okuna Carle

Persila Okuna Carle, MBA, CQE(ASQ), CAPM(PMI), has a diverse work experience background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Persila Okuna served as a Corporate Director of QA and Regulatory Affairs at Precision Optics Corporation. Prior to that, they held the role of Quality Manager at Lighthouse Imaging LLC and worked as a Quality Engineer at ENERCON Technologies. Persila Okuna also has experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer and QA Analyst at Nichols Portland, a Standards and Documentation Specialist at Artel, a Donor Relations and Research Coordinator at the University of Southern Maine Foundation, and a Standards Officer at Kenya Bureau of Standards. Their roles have involved project management, data management, donor research, and revision of working drafts for standards projects.

Persila Okuna Carle holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry Major, with a minor in Biochemistry from Kenyatta University in 1999.
