Stephanie Hansen

Stephanie Hansen, SPHR, has extensive experience in various HR roles. Stephanie served as a Director of Human Resources at Precision Optics Corporation starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Director at Navigate PEO from 2020 to 2022. Stephanie also worked as an HR Manager/Business Partner at ADP from 2014 to 2020, where they provided strategic HR consulting to client companies in various industries. Before this, they held HR managerial roles at 1A Auto, Seldin Company, and TransCanada, where they established HR functions, transformed HR into a strategic business partner, and managed benefits administration responsibilities.

Stephanie Hansen, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Iowa Western Community College. Additionally, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
