The Organizing and Campaign Mobilization team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities. We are open to employees based in Washington, D.C.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee all components of client account management on a small account or workstream on a larger account.

  • Manage several different projects from concept to execution, maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals.

  • Work collaboratively across internal teams and vendors proactively solving issues that might arise.

  • Organize events and build coalitions to enhance engagement on client issues.

  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on materials from junior staff.

  • Conceive, draft and support the execution of program strategies and tactical plans for clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic campaigns that move people to action using research, mobilization, media recognition, etc.

  • Synthesize research and data to drive strategic guidance to clients.

  • Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

● 4+ years of agency experience working in grassroots organizing, politics, or agency.

● Ability to manage many different projects at once.

● Meticulous attention to detail.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

● Creativity, energy, detail-orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-105,000.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 50% of working days.
