Philip Cyr

Philip Cyr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Precision AQ from July 2020 to May 2024, Philip has previously held senior leadership positions at PRECISIONheor and ICON plc, demonstrating a robust background in market access strategies and HEOR methodologies. Early career roles include Associate Director at Navigant Consulting, Executive Director at Boston Healthcare Associates, and various positions at Ernst & Young and Massachusetts General Hospital. Philip holds an M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University and an A.B. in Biology and History from Kenyon College.
