Delaney Nichols

Delaney N. currently serves as the HR & Recruiting Manager at PVA since October 2018, having previously held the role of Payroll & HR Specialist. Before PVA, Delaney worked at Tech Valley Talent from June 2016 to October 2018 as an HR Generalist/Admin, where numerous accomplishments included digitizing personnel files, coordinating onboarding processes, and establishing a recognition program for employees. Delaney has also interned as a Human Resource Assistant at McLane Company, Inc., and as a Human Resources Intern at Horizon Bradco, gaining extensive experience in various HR functions. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Oneonta and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Shenendehowa High School.
