Alexis B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. They started their career as a Navigation Officer in the Marine Nationale, where they served aboard a French destroyer and participated in NATO exercises. Alexis then transitioned to Arthur Andersen LLP, working as an Experienced Senior Auditor, managing audit teams and conducting due diligence assignments for manufacturing and industrial service companies.

In 1995, Alexis joined Stora Enso as a Finance Controller, where they were responsible for the local finance function and focused on implementing Group ERP systems and optimizing receivables. They then moved to KPNQwest, a pan-European telecom operator, where they held roles such as Regional Controller for Western Europe and VP of Finance for Carrier & Infrastructure services. Throughout their time at KPNQwest, Alexis oversaw external growth activities and the integration of acquired businesses.

In 2002, Alexis joined Rexam as a European Finance Director for Plastic Packaging, leading the financial aspects of European Plastic businesses. They also served as Divisional Finance Director and led major restructuring initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and optimizations. In 2013, Alexis joined Alltub as the Group CFO & CHRO, a worldwide market leader in aluminum tube packaging.

Most recently, Alexis worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Precision Valve Corporation, a global leader in dispensing solutions. In this role, they led the financial operations of the company and managed a multinational network of facilities across 15 countries.

Alexis B. completed their high school education at Mount St Mary's College in Sheffield, UK from 1980 to 1981. Alexis then attended Saint Louis de Gonzague in Paris, France from 1971 to 1983, where they studied Maths & Physics. Alexis later pursued a BBA in Economics & Finance at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate finance & financial engineering (master 225) from the same university in 1989.
