Brad E.

Brad E. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, with a specialization in plastics. Brad started their career as an Injection Moulder at Moulding Services in 1991 and later became an Afternoon Shift Supervisor. Brad then joined Moulding Services as a Research and Development Plastics Technician, where they worked on various projects, including pharmaceutical and industrial goods. In 1997, they joined FormRite Group Pty Ltd as a Production Supervisor, responsible for thermoforming plastics and creating various products such as point of sale displays and food packaging. In 2003, Brad joined Huhtamaki, where they held multiple roles, including Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Shift Manager. Huhtamaki is a global FMCG manufacturer, producing consumer and specialty packaging. In 2014, Brad joined Cormack Packaging as a Production Manager, overseeing the manufacturing of closure products for a wide range of industries, including FMCG. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Plant Manager Operations at Viscount Plastics, responsible for managing plant operations. Currently, Brad is working as the Operations Director Australia at Precision Valve Corporation, leading operations in the country.

Brad E. obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Charles Sturt University from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they also completed a Certificate IV Training and Assessment from Performis RTO. Prior to that, in 2009, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Management from TAFE NSW. Additionally, Brad E. earned a Diploma of Business Management from TAFE NSW in 2002 and a Certificate IV Management Team Leadership from TAFE NSW in 2001.
