Prior to this role, Georgia held the position of Sr. Manager/Director at Peopleclick, Inc. from April 2000 to November 2004, where responsibilities included developing and implementing a company compensation strategy to facilitate employee career advancement, as well as managing the deployment of internal Peopleclick software for various HR functions, including recruitment, affirmative action programs, succession planning, and payroll solutions through Ceridian/ADP.
