Kay Maysek has a diverse work experience. From 2008 to present, they have held various roles in the music, admissions, and technology industries. In 2008, they were a Schulich Admissions Ambassador at McGill University Schulich School of Music. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Graduate Assistant in Admissions at the University of Cincinnati, CCM. In 2014, they were an Audience Services Intern at the Richard B. Fisher Center for Performing Arts. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Conservatory Graduate Assistant in Admissions and a Conservatory Admissions Counselor at Bard College. From 2018 to present, they have held various roles at Apple, such as Genius, Internal Communications Strategist, Applecare Advisor, Technical Expert, and Technical Specialist. In 2022, they joined PrecisionIT Group, LLC (Boston, MA) as the Director of Client Success and Operations. In this role, they became the relationship owner on 10 of 15 high-margin, high-profile accounts and co-developed innovative security managed services programs.
Kay Maysek obtained their Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from McGill University in 2012. Kay then attended the University of Cincinnati for one year before earning their Master of Music in Vocal Arts from Bard College in 2015. In October 2021, Kay obtained a Foundations in Design Thinking certification from IDEO U.
