Caroline Fang

Caroline Fang is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager for Precor in China since October 2021, Caroline oversees all HR functions, including HIRS, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and talent development, while collaborating with the Global HR team on M&A integration projects. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as HRBP and C&B Manager at Medela, contributing to the development of innovative medical solutions. Previous positions include HRBP/HR Manager at UOOYAA, Senior HR Expertise/C&B Partner at FARFETCH, and Human Resources Generalist at Parfums Christian Dior. Caroline holds a Master's degree in MBA from East China Normal University and a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Shanghai Normal University, along with an MBA Innovative Study Trip from the University of Haifa.
