Joshua Bensemann

Joshua Bensemann has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting from their most recent position, they currently work as a Data Scientist at PredictHQ since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Auckland from December 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining PredictHQ, Joshua worked at Auckland University of Technology as a Survey and Evaluation Analyst from April 2018 to December 2019. Prior to this, they held various positions at The University of Auckland, including Doctoral Coordinator from December 2016 to April 2018, Student Academic Advisor from February 2016 to December 2016, Research Fellow from December 2014 to November 2015, Assistant Coordinator from July 2013 to November 2015, and Graduate Teaching Assistant from July 2008 to November 2015.

Joshua Bensemann began their education at Kaitaia College from 2000 to 2004. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at The University of Auckland in 2005 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology and Statistics in 2007.

Following their undergraduate studies, Joshua pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology at The University of Auckland from 2008 to 2010. Joshua then continued their academic journey at the same institution, where they embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology, completing their research and studies in 2015.

Showing a keen interest in data science, Joshua undertook a Master of Professional Studies in Data Science at The University of Auckland from 2018 to 2021, further expanding their skill set in this field.
