Siraphop Chanchananont

Siraphop Chanchananont has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Siraphop started their career as an Attorney At Law at DAPS Business Law Firm, where they prepared court documents and liaised with various authorities. Siraphop then joined BRF as a Lawyer, handling business contracts, legal strategy development, and providing legal analysis and advice across multiple areas of law.

Siraphop also worked as a Legal Compliance Specialist at Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd., where they handled all legal matters, reviewed and drafted business contracts, and provided legal documents and opinions to different departments.

After that, they joined Data Wow Co., Ltd. as a Legal and Compliance Specialist, focusing on legal and compliance issues. Currently, Siraphop holds the position of Head of Legal & Compliance and DPO at Predictive, where they built the legal team from scratch, resolved complex issues, and ensured compliance with regulations and international standards.

Siraphop Chanchananont has a diverse education history, primarily focused on law and related fields. Siraphop began their educational journey in 2011 and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Business Law from Prince of Songkla University.

After completing their LLB, Siraphop pursued further education and became a Barrister at Law from the Thai Bar Association between 2015 and 2017. Following this, they attended Chulalongkorn University from 2018 to 2020, where they earned their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business Law.

In addition to their formal education, Siraphop has obtained various certifications related to information security management, privacy, and business contracts. Notably, they gained certificates such as ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Internal Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, and Data Protection Officer Certification, among others. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as BSI, ACIS Professional Center, and the Winyuchon Law Seminar and Training Co.L.td.

It is worth mentioning that Siraphop also obtained additional qualifications such as the Notary Service Attorney, Lawyer License, and Thai Barrister at Law from respective organizations such as the Lawyer Council and Thai Bar Association.
