Kyle McClanahan, M.A.O.L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle recently worked at PREDICTIVEHR as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, where they provided custom solutions in Human Capital Management and Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they served as an Implementation Consultant at The Workforce Consulting Group, helping clients with workforce management software implementation and upgrades. Kyle also worked as an Accounting Analyst at Rolled Alloys and held multiple roles at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, including Payroll Systems Analyst I and Payroll Specialist.

Kyle McClanahan, M.A.O.L. pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Siena Heights University from 2016 to 2017. This educational achievement prepared him with a strong foundation in leadership principles and strategies.

In addition, Kyle obtained the certification as a Certified UKG Dimensions Timekeeping Consultant in April 2023, which showcases their expertise and proficiency in utilizing the UKG Dimensions Timekeeping system. This certification further enhances their skill set and qualifications in the field.
