Cecilia Hagängen has extensive experience in brand management, strategy development, and marketing. Their most recent position was as a Brand Manager at Preem AB, where they were responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, measuring brand performance, and ensuring brand identity adherence. Prior to that, they worked as a Varumärkesansvarig (Brand Manager) and Ansvarig för Varumärke och Erbjudande (Responsible for Brand and Offer) at Vision Fackförening, overseeing brand development and implementing brand and communication plans. Cecilia also served as a Project Manager at SKTF and held marketing roles at East Capital and VWR International. In 2012, they enrolled in Chefakademin to learn leadership skills for non-managers. Lastly, in 2019, they attended Berghs School of Communication again to focus on brand and business strategy.
