Previously, as Chief Design Engineer and Business Development Manager at Guerdon Enterprises from November 2012 to September 2015, Curtis developed conceptual modular designs and revitalized the company's presence in California. From March 2003 to November 2012, Curtis played a pivotal role as President of Studio-X Construction Documents, Inc., working with developers and manufacturers on large-scale prefab modular projects.
