Curtis Fletcher

Curtis Fletcher is an experienced professional in the modular construction industry, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Autovol since January 2019 and as Owner/Co-Founder of Prefab Logic, LLC since December 2015. At Prefab Logic, Curtis empowers architects, general contractors, and developers in the modular building process, specializing in building information modeling (BIM) and planning for modular projects. Previously, as Chief Design Engineer and Business Development Manager at Guerdon Enterprises from November 2012 to September 2015, Curtis developed conceptual modular designs and revitalized the company's presence in California. From March 2003 to November 2012, Curtis played a pivotal role as President of Studio-X Construction Documents, Inc., working with developers and manufacturers on large-scale prefab modular projects.
