Shahaizar Walat

Shahaizar Walat has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resource Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition & People Planning at PRefChem since December 2019. Prior to this, Shahaizar held the position of Manager, Human Resource & Administration / HR Business Partner at UEM Sunrise Berhad from July 2014 to November 2019. Shahaizar's career includes significant roles at Texas Instruments Malaysia as HR Manager, Staffing & CSR, and Senior Human Resources Executive from December 2007 to June 2014, as well as a position at Flextronics Technology as Senior Human Resources Executive from April 1999 to November 2007. Shahaizar holds a BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, completed between 1996 and 1998.
