Brian Russell

Brian Russell is the current Head of Legal at Prefect. Prior to joining Prefect, Brian worked as a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where they focused on mergers & acquisitions. Brian also interned for the Honorable Richard M. Berman at the United States District Court. Brian received their J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2014.

Brian Russell attended Davidson College, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Brian then went on to attend Columbia Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

They are on a team with Bill Palombi - Head of Product, Chris Reuter - Head of Growth, and Anthony Head - Head of Customer Success. Brian Russell reports to Jeremiah Lowin, CEO.
