Andrew Mbogholi

Andrew Mbogholi is an experienced professional in sustainable agriculture, currently serving as an Agriculture Assurance Specialist at Preferred by Nature since August 2021. Previous roles include Sustainable Agriculture Consultant for an independent consultancy from October 2018 to July 2021 and Consultant Auditor for the Sustainable Agriculture Network Standard at Rainforest Alliance from September 2014 to September 2018, where audits were conducted in tea, coffee, and macadamia plantations across Africa and Europe. Andrew's experience also encompasses positions such as Quality Control Agronomist at Del Monte Kenya Limited and Agronomist at Kwale International Sugar Company, focusing on agricultural operations and research. Andrew began a career as a Research Assistant at Bioplants Center and holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Universidad de Ciego de Avila, earned in 2011.
