Ihor Buksha

Ihor Buksha has extensive experience in forestry and management, serving as a Forest Management Auditor at Preferred by Nature since November 2015. Prior to this role, Ihor held the position of Head of Inventory, Monitoring, Certification and Forest Management Department at URIFFM for an extended period, alongside a role as Research Officer. Ihor also contributed to the Ukrainian Research Institute of Forestry as First Deputy Director from October 2010 to June 2015. Education includes a Master of Science in Forestry Engineering with a specialization in agroforestry from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy, which was attended from September 1978 to September 1983.
