Katie Miller

Katie J. Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and communications. Since November 2010, Katie has held various leadership roles at Preferred by Nature, including Director of Business Intelligence, Impacts Programme Manager, Project Development Manager, and HR Manager, and serves on the Board of Directors as an employee elected member. Prior to that, Katie founded Katie J. Miller Consulting, Inc., providing communications and management consulting for nonprofit organizations. Professional background also includes serving as Communications Director at Forest Stewardship Council-US and General Manager at Georgetown Symphony Orchestra. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
