Naomi Mjelde

Naomi Mjelde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Supply Chains at Preferred by Nature since October 2018. In this role, Naomi facilitates communication between a global network of supply chain auditors and scheme owners, develops and implements quality monitoring systems, and coordinates training programs while supporting regional teams with accreditation inquiries. Prior to this, Naomi held various positions at the Rainforest Alliance from August 2008 to September 2018, including Chain of Custody Staff Auditor, where responsibilities included leading audits and ensuring compliance with multiple certification standards. Naomi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy and Management, from the University of Minnesota, which complements a strong commitment to sustainability and quality assurance in supply chains.
