Nicholas Fong

Nicholas Fong is an Ecosystem Restoration Specialist at Preferred by Nature since May 2023, focusing on the Ecosystem Restoration Program in Asia and Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked at WWF-Malaysia from December 2010 to May 2023, holding various positions including Manager of Spatial Planning, Programme Manager for the Living Landscapes Programme, Senior Program Officer for Freshwater/REDD+, FLEGT Coordinator for the EU FLEGT Project in Sabah, and Policy Officer. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
