Kathy Rogers, RN has worked as a Nurse Care Manager/Program Director at Preferred Family Healthcare since September 2011. In this role, they have managed a caseload of 250 consumers participating in a Medicaid funded pilot program called Healthcare Homes. Their responsibilities include helping consumers manage their chronic diseases and mental health diagnoses. In March 2014, Kathy became the director of the Healthcare Home Program and reduced their caseload to 125 consumers. Prior to this, they worked as a CCU RN at NERMC in Kirksville, MO from April 2010 to October 2011.
Kathy Rogers, RN's education history begins in 1974 when they attended Truman State University for a period of one year. It is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time. In 2006, they enrolled at MACC in Moberly, MO, where they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Pre-Nursing Studies in 2007. Following this, Kathy attended Indian Hills Community College from 2008 to 2009, where they earned another AAS degree, this time in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
