Mhrir Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson has over 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and oversight of HR functions in large organizations. Jennifer has worked at Preferred Family Healthcare since 2010, starting as a Human Resources Intern and later progressing to become the Executive Vice President of HR. In that role, they provided leadership and oversight for HR policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives for over 2,500 employees across multiple states. Jennifer also served as the Vice President of HR at Preferred Family Healthcare, where they led a team of HR professionals and developed personnel policies and procedures for the entire organization. Before joining Preferred Family Healthcare, Jennifer worked at Anheuser-Busch, where they were a People (HR) Manager and oversaw HR policies, programs, and initiatives for over 150 employees. Jennifer also managed the recruitment process for various positions and implemented a recognition program. Jennifer has a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jennifer Wilson, MHRIR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Truman State University between 2007 and 2011. In addition to their educational background, Jennifer also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2019.
