Stephen Loeffler is currently the Senior Director of Loyalty Marketing & Strategy at Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Director of CRM & Loyalty at Novo Insurance, where Stephen was integral in establishing the CRM foundation and strategy. With a background in CRM and loyalty, Stephen has also worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts and GameStop, managing loyalty programs and marketing initiatives. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University, Stephen brings a wealth of expertise in marketing and management to their roles.
