Yolanda West

Yolanda West is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in sales and coordination roles. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Preferred Hotels & Resorts since October 2021, West previously worked as a Global Sales Associate at Associated Luxury Hotels International from May 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek as an Administrative Assistant, and various roles at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, including Catering Coordinator, Ecommerce Coordinator, and Sales Administrative Assistant. West began a career in the industry as a Sales Assistant at Truffles Catering from May 1996 to August 2004. Academically, West holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communications from Luther College.
