Nathan then moved on to Gates Hudson Community Management in 2012, where they served as a Portfolio Manager and later became an On-site Property Manager until 2019. Currently, they are working at Preferred Insurance Services, Inc. as an Account Executive and has recently been promoted to the role of Vice President.
