Michelle is responsible for implementing and executing effective claim strategies that deliver an innovative and differentiated claims experience for the agents and policyholders.

Michelle has over 30 years of significant claims, operational and leadership experience and knowledge. She brings to Preferred Mutual a contemporary vision of the future and a proven track record for enhancing processes and delivering new solutions to drive the customer experience.

By focusing on claims and care management, policyholder and corporate services, and progressive customer experience initiatives, Michelle ensures

that they are there for the policyholders at their critical time of need.

Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of South Alabama and holds an Associates in Claims designation (AIC).
