David Couture

David Couture is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, safety compliance, and law enforcement. As the Owner/Operator of Bless It Bonds since August 2018, David has provided rapid and convenient bail bond services across North Carolina. Prior to this, David served as Operations Manager for Preferred Parking Service LLC, overseeing 21 contracted locations, and as Manager of the Uptown Parking Division for Levine Properties, managing 13 parking facilities. David's prior roles include Safety Specialist at Safe Comm Services, Site Manager at Packers Sanitation Services, and Police Patrolman in the United States Air Force, where David upheld security during Operation Iraqi Freedom. David holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University.
